How To Use It - The Anna Way
Using gentle pressure, move the foot file back and forth over dry, rough skin on the heels, sides of the feet, or other callused areas. Apply slightly more pressure on thicker areas if needed.
Rinse the foot file with warm, soapy water after each use and allow it to air dry before replacing the protective lid. Follow with a rich foot cream or butter to lock in moisture.
Anna's Pro Tip:
I love using this after a warm shower when the skin has softened slightly. Finish with a nourishing foot cream and put on cotton socks overnight—you'll wake up with incredibly soft feet.
