How To Use It - The Anna Way
Starting at the base of the lashes, wiggle the brush upward toward the tips. Apply one coat for natural definition or build additional coats for more volume and length.
Use on upper and lower lashes as desired. Allow each layer to dry slightly before applying additional coats.
